To accomplish our aim of fulfilling our responsibilities toward our society, RSB Foundation was formed under the guidance of Ms. Priyanka Behera who works diligently to grow our programs in various aspects. RSB Foundation runs initiatives for various purposes including Education, Healthcare, Old Age Homes, Community Services, Skill Development, Sports, etc.
Elaborate programs are organized meticulously to serve the purpose of the RSB Foundation through relentless efforts. Our CSR team is always dedicated to people who need a helping hand and the existing as well as upcoming social concerns like climate change, environmental change, and other natural calamities. Badalgora Samudayik Aarogya Project
Badalgora is a medium size village located in Dumaria Block of Purbi Singhbhum district, Jharkhand with total 82 families residing. The Badalgora village has population of 465 of which 234 are males while 231 are females as per Population Census 2011. In Badalgora village, most of the village population is from Schedule Tribe (ST). Schedule Tribe (ST) constitutes 95.48 % of total population in Badalgora village. There is no population of Schedule Caste (SC) in Badalgora village of Purbi Singhbhum.

Nandivali Village Development Program
Nandivali is the village of Shedani Group Gram Panchayat in Taluka Mulashi. Total population of the village is 248 and mostly migrated to the nearby area where there is employment opportunity is available. Apart from that villagers are struggling for water scarcity despite of water dam resource is available.

School Development Program
G.H.S.KHEMPUR was established in 1978 and it is managed by the Department of Education. It is located in Rural area. It is located in GADARPUR block of UDHAM SINGH NAGAR district of Uttarakhand. The school consists of Grades from 6 to 10. The school is Co-educational and it doesn't have an attached pre-primary section. Hindi is the medium of instructions in this school. This school is approachable by all-weather. In this school academic session starts in April. The school has Government building. It has three classrooms for instructional purposes.

Menstrual Hygiene is an issue that every girl and woman has to deal with once she enters adolescence around the age of 12yrs and until she reaches menopause somewhere in her 40’s. Overall, a woman spends approximately 2,100 days menstruating which is equivalent to almost six years of her life.

The organization TAAL, Pune works for people who are living with HIV, Organization is working for Treatment, Adherence, Advocacy, and Literacy (TAAL). The organization has a community pharmacy to provide the medicines in concessional prizes to the affected people.
Tribal Art
India has known for its cultural and traditional legacy through its artwork. Every state of India has its style and design work in the art culture. This traditional folk art has various colourful designs which mainly express the cultural identity of distinctive tribes. This tribe's paintings have a rich heritage and need continued encouragement from generation to generation.
Project Vidya
Lucknow city is the capital city of state Uttar Pradesh. According to Sewa Bharati, there are 152 sewa Bastis which have total population of approx. 76000 persons as slum dwellers.
