Objectives :
- To provide quality primary health services in free of cost to the people of 10 villages at their doorstep,
- To save Health Expenses of village Population.
- To Educate people not to defecate in the open: promote improved water, sanitation and hygiene practices. Particularly focus on Schools and formation of “School Sanitation Clubs”
- Counseling at least 40% addicts and their families in the Village.

Badalgora is a medium size village located in Dumaria Block of Purbi Singhbhum district, Jharkhand with total 82 families residing. The Badalgora village has population of 465 of which 234 are males while 231 are females as per Population Census 2011. In Badalgora village, most of the village population is from Schedule Tribe (ST). Schedule Tribe (ST) constitutes 95.48 % of total population in Badalgora village. There is no population of Schedule Caste (SC) in Badalgora village of Purbi Singhbhum.
