- Our products are designed and manufactured to fulfil the most stringent requirement in terms of safety, simple operations and ease of service. The product offerings include: 20T, 28T, 36T 5th Wheel Couplings.
- RSB is supplying 5th Wheel Coupling to major OEMs since 2010. So far 60,000 coupling (20T & 28T capacity) is successfully plying in Indian market. All couplings are tested and validated per AIS 091 standards at rig level meeting homologation criteria and under rigorous field testing which proven robustness, reliability and durability of the product. Our Couplings are certified by CIRT/ARAI/ TUV – government approved agency for domestic and export market.

RSB is working for development of 36T fifth wheel coupling for high end application where GCW goes beyond 90T in 6x4 Tractor trailer.
Kingpin
- Simple Replacement Once the retention plate has been installed, kingpin replacement takes just minutes. This makes for a much easier and more economical kingpin option.
- Reduced Potential for Centre Loading both the kingpin flange and bolts are recessed into the retention plate. This reduces the possibility of centre loading the fifth wheel coupling
- High-Strength Steel RSB bolt-in kingpin retention plates are manufactured from 40Cr4Mo3 grade steel providing superior strength and durability.

RSB Transmission’s kingpins (2”) have been successfully working since 2010 in India’s most challenging roads. Steel forged for superior strength, our kingpins deliver the optimal balance between wear resistance and impact resistance. For quality, safety, and durability, our kingpin meets the specification and validation criteria per IS 6763 standard.
RSB’s bolt-in kingpins are suitable for OEM and aftermarket replacement. A smart kingpin option for high-use applications, once the retention plate is installed the kingpin can be easily replaced in minutes by just removing the mounting bolts.
