Mr. R. K. Behera is the Chairman and Founder of the RSB Group. Under his confident leadership, the group has started from scratch and has become one of the leading Auto Component Manufacturing companies. His vision of becoming the world's most admired component manufactures has resulted in achieving the Group's significant presence in the Automotive and Construction Equipment sectors across all segments.

His perseverance towards achieving the highest quality standard through the implementation of TQM for which the Group was awarded one of the world's highest TQM awards - "The Deming Prize" by JUSE in 2013, "Best Entrepreneur Award" by Manufacturing Today, and Lifetime Achievements Award by Deccan Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture. He has also been conferred with the "Enterprise Leadership Gold Medal" by NIT Jamshedpur & the "Akshaya Urja IIF Gold Award" in the renewable energy sector and Zonal Committee Member of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Super Entrepreneur Award by Machinist, a Times of India Group.

Mr. Behera's humanitarian edge is seen through his many social change initiatives, one of them is "Padmavati Siksha Niketan" which is an English medium school near Cuttack for underprivileged children. He is currently a member of the Think-Tank Odisha - a regional body for taking up the economic development and social causes of Odisha state.

Mr. Behera has also served as an executive member of several professional and trade organizations like CII, Value Engineers Association of India, Indo German Chamber of Commerce, Governing Council Member of NIT Rourkela as well as the Deccan Chamber of Commerce and the Governing Council of Indo Danish Tool Room and Training Center, Jamshedpur.

Mr. S. K. Behera cofounded RSB Group along with his brother Mr. R. K. Behera. He is the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of the Group with more than four decades of experience in the Auto component and Heavy Fabrication industry domain.

Mr. S. K. Behera is an incisive business leader and very passionate about the auto component manufacturing business and holds in-depth knowledge in material science. He is one of the few leaders to be featured on the cover page of a reputed magazine "Corporate Tycoon".

He is a graduate in Commerce and has undergone specialized training in Production Management Systems and Welding Technology.

As a humanitarian, he actively contributes towards the upliftment of society through various social welfare initiatives like old age Homes and the promotion of Girlchild Education to name a few. He is also a committee member of the noble Red Cross Society of India.

Mr. S. K. Behera is the ex-chairman of CII of Jharkhand Chapter and the ex-Regional Chairman (East) of ACMA. He is currently the governing council of Indo-Danish Tool Room, Jamshedpur.

Mr. Rajnikant Behera is the Executive Director-Group Finance. He holds a Masters' degree from Leeds University Business School, UK, and has a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma from Advanced Manufacturing Technology Associate Six Sigma Institute, Illinois, US.

Rajnikant has been associated with the Group for close to 2 decades, in his current role he is handling various capital-raising transactions including cross-border M&As. He collaborates with finance leadership teams on strategy, governance, legal compliances, and controllership; and provides leadership on all aspects related to financial planning & analysis.

Before the corporate role in Finance, he has also worked with operations where he has led umpteen cost reduction programs for the group through TQM initiatives.

Rajnikant is a member of ACMA India, as also Executive Council Member of CII Pune, Convener of CII's Digital Manufacturing Panel, and core member of CEO Forum. He is also a lifetime member of PIC (Pune International Convention). He has served as a moderated on several panel discussions on various forums in assorted disciplines and has authored several articles and interviews which has wide coverage on digital media.

Mr. Nishit Behera is the Executive Director - BD & Strategy he holds a master's degree from Leeds University Business School, the UK in Business Management with close to two decades of varied experience from setting up Greenfield Projects, Managing Operations, to Business Development. He has grown organically from a shopfloor role into leadership roles.

In his current role, he is leading New Business Strategy, Digitization, and Performance Improvement through TQM initiatives and driving the Group towards being the most preferred organization among its customers.

Nishit is also a member of the Executive Committee and the Globalization Committee of the industry association - ACMA.

He has been an expert speaker on various professional industrial platforms which has been widely covered on print and digital media by renowned publications.

Ms. Rajarao is a member of the Technical Advisory Committee of the National Financial Reporting Authority, an independent regulator established to oversee the auditing profession in India. Ms. Rajarao is the Founder and Director of Fraudopedia Private Limited, a start-up venture that aims to equip young professionals in accounting, law and management and stakeholders like Independent Directors, Executive Directors and Company Secretaries with tools to prevent, detect and combat fraud in India.

Prior to starting Fraudopedia, Ms. Rajarao established and led the forensic services practice at Grant Thornton India Private Limited and PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited in India. Ms. Rajarao has over 25 years of experience and expertise in numerous forensic accounting assignments, fraud investigations and regulatory proceedings in India and the United States that required reconstruction of complex financial records, electronic data and large data sets of accounting transactions and documents.

Ms. Rajarao is well known for her expertise in determining damages and providing expert testimony in large international and domestic arbitration matters. Ms. Rajarao has appeared in the Who's Who Legal of Arbitration Expert Witness since 2014. Ms. Rajarao, is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA, the world's largest anti-fraud organization. Ms. Rajarao was the first Indian to be elected to the Board of Regents of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and she recently served as the Vice-Chair of the ACFE's Board of Regents.

Ms. Rajarao has conducted extensive training courses for Board Members, Independent Directors, external auditors, internal auditors, securities professionals at SEBI National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Chief Financial Officers etc. Ms. Rajarao has authored several publications on compliance, ethics, fraud, forensic investigations and financial statement irregularities. Ms. Rajarao is a frequent speaker on corporate governance, compliance, ethics and accounting issues at leading seminars and conferences.

Mr. M. Sankaranarayanan is Executive Director - Group Operations and he is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 4 decades of rich and specialized experience in areas of Operations Management, Business Strategy, Quality, Costing, Product Development, Lean Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, and implementing best industry practices.

He joined RSB Group in July 2002, since then he has served in various leadership positions Currently, he is leading RSB Group operations of all the manufacturing plants and Green Field projects.

Before joining RSB Group, Mr. Sankaranarayanan was associated with OEM's like Ashok Leyland Ltd. and BAJAJ Tempo Ltd in various functional roles.

Under his leadership, the Group has received many accolades from the automotive manufacturing fraternity at various platforms like "Best Domestic Vendor Partner" from TATA Hitachi, "CV Component Maker of the Year-2012" by Zee Business TV Network, "Supplier Recognition for Outstanding performance 2016 from Caterpillar Inc.

Ms. Nirmala Behera is the Executive Director -Group HR. She holds a Masters' degree from Indira Institute of Management in Marketing and an Executive Diploma in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur with more than 2 decades of experience in HR, IT, and Quality function.

She was heading Group IT for more than 12 years and currently as Head Group HR, she is instrumental in successfully implementing best HR practices and leading the Group towards the league of "Great Places to Work".

Under her leadership, the Group has received various accolades from the manufacturing fraternity-like -ITP Group bestowed her with the "HR Excellence Award", World HR Congress, Kula Lumpur, Malaysia awarded her with "Excellence in HR Leadership", and "Maharashtra State Best Employer Brand Award". She has authored several articles which were published in renowned Industrial magazines like Human Capital, Business Manager, and People Matters. She has been associated in her professional capacity with several prestigious Institutes like CII -IWN.

Mr. Nishant Behera is President of RSB Transmissions NA(USA). He holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University, USA, and has undergone extensive training in M&A at IIM Ahmedabad, Lean Manufacturing excellence (Japan), and Leadership Essential at Corton Vile, USA.

He has been associated with the Group for more than 2 decades in various senior management positions in domestic and overseas plant operations. In his current role, he is leading Group's North America operations.

Before joining RSB Group, he worked with GE Transportation Systems, the USA as a test and component engineer during his tenure he has undergone extensive training in Six Sigma, and he is a certified "Green Belt "in Six Sigma.

In 2011, Mr. Nishant Behera was inducted into the Board of RSB Transmissions (I) Limited.

Mr. Mandar Ratnaparkhi is Chief Financial Officer with more than three decades of extensive work experience in Strategic Financial Planning, Fundraising and Management, Tax Management, and Controllership and Secretarial Functions in the automotive component manufacturing sector.

He is a qualified Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, and also completed his bachelor's in Legislative Law and master's in Business Administration (Finance).

Before joining RSB Group, he was the Group Financial Controller at Varroc Engineering Ltd., and Bekaert Industries Private Limited, and Bosch Chassis Systems India Limited and served at various roles in the finance controllership function.

Mr. Bishwaroop Halder is Senior Vice President - Group IT and he is a Bachelor's in Science with PG in Systems Analysis with more than three decades of industry experience across domains of Engineering, Health Care, and Oil Lubricants and Specialties.

He specializes in Business IT and brings strategic value to the business and functions through apt decision making, anticipating business transformations through Technology, Delivery, Deployments and Change Management, Risks Mitigation & Vendor Management.

In his current role, he is leading Next-gen IT functions through various projects like ERP solutions on Cloud, Smart Manufacturing & IIOT, PLM, transforming IT Infrastructures into a Service model including managing QMS/IT Audits and IT Risk Audits and Compliance for RSB Group.

Before joining RSB Group in 2017, he was associated with Baxter Healthcare Inc., Exxon Mobil Corporation and WEBFIL Ltd, a joint venture company formed by WBIDC - WEST BENGAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (A Government of West Bengal Undertaking) and Group Companies of ANDREW YULE & CO. LTD. (A Government of India Enterprise) and served in various leadership roles across IT functions.

He is professionally networked with prestigious industry peers by participating in various CII run regional initiatives and CIO forums. He has been a regular speaker on various forums like CII, CIO - Round Table.

Mrs. Priyanka Behera holds the position of Director – CSR at RSB Group, actively engaged in social initiatives as a member of the CSR Panel of CII. She collaborates with numerous NGOs to extend social services to underprivileged communities. Additionally, she contributes to the Indian Women Network (IWN) within CII.

A qualified Lawyer, Ms. Behera graduated from the National Institute Law University, Bhopal, before pursuing an Advanced Course on IPR at the University of Washington, Seattle, on scholarship. Her legal expertise is enriched by her practice across various courts.

Mrs. Behera's leadership in RSB Group's CSR programs has garnered recognition from multiple authorities. RSB Foundation, under her guidance, has received several CSR Excellence Awards since 2015, gaining significant coverage in print and electronic media. Furthermore, she has authored numerous articles for print media, showcasing her commitment to social responsibility and legal acumen.

Mr. Bijay Lenka is Senior Vice President - International Finance, He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with more than two decades of extensive experience in various aspects of Finance - Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Finance & Accounts, Audit, Funds management, Taxation, MIS, Taxation, and Forex Management for Domestic and International businesses.

After heading the Corporate Finance and M&A functions for around 10 years in RSB Group, he has been deputed in RSB USA, and in his current role, he is leading the International Finance portfolio including M&A and Private Equity Deals of the Group as a whole.

Before joining RSB in the year 2004, he was associated with companies like Automotive Wiring Systems Limited (A German MNC), B. Braun Medical India Limited (A German MNC), and Unique Aluminum Industries Pvt Limited.

Mr. Tusar Ranjan Routray is Head - Quality Excellence RSB Group. He is a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma/Post Diploma in Tool Engineering. He also holds Executive Management Degree from IIM Kolkatta and has 25 years of industry experience across domains of Quality, Engineering, Plant Opeartion, Safety etc.

He Specializes in TQM, TPM, Quality systems, Tools and Techniques and drives Cultural changes through various strategic approach like Leaders connect, RSB ePathsala, QMS Software, ESG and many more.

Before joining RSB worked with TATA Cummins JSR and prior to that he was working with RSB UNIT 1, Jamshedpur. He is a certified Six Sigma black belt, TQM promotor (Trained in Yokahama Training Center, Japan), and Master Trainer (Bradford college England).

He also acted as a member of Jharkhand Productivity Council, Six Sigma club (Northern Region Acma), Panel jury member for various Contest organised by CII and ACMA in eastern region.
